We no longer offer a printed catalog. Printed catalogs run up our costs and don't keep up with our fast-paced ever-changing business.
Imprint colors can USUALLY match any pantone color. Slightly higher minimums may apply on colors other than those shown on our order form.
You may usually request a pre-production sample. There is additional cost to ship the sample to you. Also, they add about 1 week onto the overall production time. Once you get the sample you can usually change the color free of charge. However, if you change the actual imprint there will be new screen costs. If, after receiving the sample, you do not follow through on the order at all, the cost will be $65 for the sample plus all screen charges.
Our design team can design or re-draw your logo. Additional charges of $50/hour apply
We offer our customers a free vacation on orders of $500 or more. Write 'vacation' in the 'coupon/bonus code' section of the order form. Once we send the vacation form and vouchers, we do not handle any of the arrangements. You will contact the travel agent to make these arrangements.
Our prices are factory-direct wholesale already. Discounts are determined solely by quantity ordered and there are no further discounts.
Yes we 'blind dropship'. Many distributors, wholesalers and other companies use us to ship to their end customers as our factory-direct prices allow for sizeable profit margins. Simply indicate in the 'comments' section of your order that you need the order blind dropshipped and we will not place return info on the boxes and there will be no invoices or packing slips.
We can and do ship large quantities directly to anywhere in the world.
Prices for 50,000 or more pcs. are quoted individually. Please contact us for a quote.
Orders may be cancelled right up until the time they ship. Of course, as is only fair, any charges incurred by us up until the time you cancelled will be charged, including art charges, screen charges, printing costs, etc.
We are a wholesale company. The minimum order we will accept on custom imprinted products is $150
Rush orders are available on select items only. Most items cannot be rushed. An addition rush charge applies.
Screen charges are the cost of setting up a custom device to print your unique logo. We save the screens for 2 years so if you re-order the same thing with the same imprint within that time, you will not incur a screen setup charge.
1)You send us the order (or inquiry) and email us the artwork (if you don't have art, we do the graphic)........ 2) We send you your final totals, with shipping, and instructions on how to send us payment information....... 3) We send you a proof of a graphic for approval........ 4) You approve the graphic, giving the go-ahead to proceed....... 5) You get confirmation that order has begun.... Your credit card is not charged until all of this has taken place.
